How does ordering work?

When you reach the checkout, choose Pay After Order Confirmation. There's nothing to pay at this stage. It simply sends us your order so we can check stock and confirm the final postage cost.

You'll get an email straight away confirming we've received your order. The total shown in that email is provisional and may change once we've confirmed stock and postage.

If anything on your order isn't available straight away, we'll contact you. You can then change your order, cancel it, or wait until the stock is back in.

Once your order is finalised, we'll email you an invoice with the final total. You can pay it securely through PayPal using the button in the email. You don't need a PayPal account. You can pay by debit or credit card using PayPal's guest checkout. As soon as your payment arrives, we'll get your order packed and on its way.

Why don't I pay at checkout?

Many of our parts are small-batch or made in limited runs, so we like to confirm we have everything before taking your money. It also means you only pay the actual postage cost for your order.

How do I pay?

Click the Pay with PayPal button in your invoice email. The amount and your order number are already filled in for you. Then either:

  • Log in to PayPal, if you have an account, or
  • Pay by debit or credit card as a guest. Look for the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option on the PayPal page. You don't need to create an account.

If you have a PayPal account, you can also send the payment directly to the email address in the Invoice. Choose "Goods and services" and quote your order number as the reference.

How long will it take to get my invoice?

We usually review orders within 3 working days. If you haven't heard from us after that, reply to your order confirmation email and we'll look into it.
